Now we have four children in the house! The fourth hasn’t yet grown up into a toddler so I won’t be updating you on the baby’s stats just yet. But we do have news of Constance and some pictures.

To start with, I got a better picture of her. I decided to get the high chair because when the toddlers are in it, it puts them at a perfect angle to have their picture taken. This shows off her toddler features a lot better and adds something to my confusion as you may notice later in her child picture. It seems that the features that they have inherited genetically for each age differ from one another so that there are some dramatic changes from one age to the next.

First, the better toddler picture of Constance:

Constance as a Toddler

Notice the narrow eyes. I thought this looked fairly unique at the toddler age vs. both her brother and her sister. But then she grew into a child, as follows:

She doesn’t look a whole lot like her sister. Note, particularly, the difference in the thickness of the lower lips. Additionally Constance has the same thicker eyebrows that Armond has. So Bette and Constance are unique from one another in more ways than just their personality. So far Bette is the only child born with a unique personality. Very curious!

Now have a look at Armond’s picture and compare it to Constance’s. The resemblance is striking! Their mouths and eyes are identical, the eyebrows and cheekbones are the same but… What about those chins?!

Armond’s chin is longer and sharper than Constance’s and has the cleft which is absent from the youngest of the three. So although the differences are slight, they do exist.

So here is a picture of the three children lined up together. I guess I was right about Constance’s skin tone. Even with the difference in lighting you can tell that she’s darker than the other two siblings. So far, three unique children. Now we’ll just have to see how the youngest turns out…
